Resetting the SP300

To return the closing piston in the SP300 to the original position, the gas line between the gas cylinder and the pressure regulator, as well as the control line, must be pressure-relieved:

• Close process gas source [1] valve.
• Open the exhaust gas valve [8].
• Open the service valve [10].
  If there is no service valve on the pressure control panel, the pressure relief of the control line takes place via the grub screw (SW 3) [12]. The control pressure escapes into the environment.
• Push in the closing piston completely by hand as far as it will go.
• Close the exhaust gas valve [8] and service valve [10] or grub screw [12].

The station is now ready for use again - commissioning can taken place.
